BILLING
Membership fees are billed on a monthly basis. The initial charge is enacted upon signing up for the service and entitles the user to one (1) month of access to premium membership services. During this period the user may cancel membership at any time through the site or by contacting AOP LLC at support@magicdiligence.com via email. If membership is not cancelled by the end of the monthly period, the user will be billed for another month (and receive service access) until explicitly cancelled. If membership is cancelled, automatic re-billing will not occur and membership will expire at the conclusion of the current membership period. Membership charges are not refundable in full or on a pro-rated basis and cancellation only prevents recurring billing from taking place.
Billing, payment authorization and clearing are handled by Stripe Inc. AOP LLC does not handle, facilitate, or store billing data of any kind, and is not liable for security or breeches thereof related to Stripe's transmission and/or storage of financial data.
By clicking the 'Agree' button, the user authorizes AOP LLC to charge according to the terms presented above.
PRIVACY POLICY
AOP LLC retains email and name information for the express purpose of customer communications and service operations. AOP LLC will never give out names, email addresses, or login information under any circumstances, except for valid legal obligation. AOP LLC takes all reasonable precautions to protect the data of users of this website. AOP LLC does not handle, facilitate, or store billing data of any kind.
ACCOUNT SHARING
A membership subscription entitles the user, and only the user, access to membership features. AOP LLC reserves the right to immediately terminate a membership, without refund, if it is determined that a user is sharing an account with other persons, beyond a reasonable doubt.
MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT
AOP LLC reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time without notification.
